The children will be using many different mediums. They will be learning the elements of art as well as directed drawing. They will learn to follow directions, and to develop artist eyes for art. In addition to that, the elementary class will learn art appreciation and look at some of the famous artist’s work, and even be inspired to make some of their own. We teach art from a Christian perspective. 

We aim to keep our classes small so that each child gets the attention they need. We have two assistants that help with the class, Charles and Bryton Silvey. Charles is Wendy’s husband and Bryton is her son. Both are very experienced in teaching children.  

Yes, to reserve your child’s spot in the class the registration/ supply fee should be paid in full. Classes fill up fast, so it is best to reserve the spot as soon as possible.  

Each class builds on the other, so weekly attendance is encouraged however, if a class needs to be missed we totally understand. We will make our best efforts to catch your child up, however no makeup classes are available. 

There is no refund for the registration/supply fee as items have already been purchased in anticipation for the class. If you withdraw before the first class begins then you will receive your class fee refunded. (less the registration/supply fee) Once classes begin, there is no refund for tuition. 

We  use the wait list to see  how much interest there is in a class. We also use the wait list  when our classes are full, you can join the wait list and if a spot becomes available we will notify you! If enough are on the wait list then another class will be formed. 

Yes, We use Venmo which accepts credit cards or goes through your attached bank account. We also accept checks. 

A media release gives us permission to use pictures of your child on social media (without names connected to it)
